Where clogging or leakage cannot be solved in an apartment, that is usually indicating a problem in the sewer system.

Detecting problems with traditional technologies require some sort of building work:

 this usually involves shutting down the pipe work completely, in more severe cases there could be a downtime of several days, possibly even several weeks, which can be extremely costly. Neither residents nor apartment managers can afford this. There is a need for a technological solution that can correct faults in the sewer network without any dismantling, whilst ensuring long lasting results.

The most effective way of cleaning and renovating the entire pipe system is using the Repipe Lining System technology.

The quality of the sewerage network could also affect our health:

a faulty, leaking pipe, stubborn deposits and dirt could potentially cause an infection.

In addition, all deposits (grease, limescale, corrosion) and foreign bodies (root growth, seal damage) causes a loss of diameter and can lead to clogging over time. In order to eliminate the persistent problems, a complete assessment of the piping system is needed, as it is not enough to undertake an ad hoc, symptomatic treatment. The condition of the entire sewerage network must be examined in order to correct any faults.

A VISUAL SURVEY should be documented so that we can accurately locate the problem and estimate its extent.

Locating and repairing aging pipes and small flaws could cause a lot of annoyance. In addition, disassembling an entire pipe system due to a small break or hole is a very costly and time-consuming process.

When only one section of the pipe needs to be renovated, a technological solution is needed that can permanently eliminate the problem without dismantling the entire system. With demolition, it always takes a lot longer, costs a lot more, and is risky: demolition can lead to further problems, including damaging a larger pipe section.

The most effective solution for fixing minor problems and removing deposits is the Repipe Short Liner special pipe lining technology, during which we clean the pipe using DanCutter robot technology and then line the pipes at fault points with Repiper technology. 

The gutter and sewer are surveyed by camera which gives us a detailed analysis of the condition of the pipes. The high-resolution recordings are copied on to a DVD disk. Using expert advice, we highlight faults, heavily soiled sections, connections, slips, blockages, and indicate if there is a 90 ° or 45 ° pull in the line. We add value by issuing an expert opinion to our Customers. Based on the survey, we also propose the right optimal technology to be used to preserve and repair the pipes.
We would like to inform our Dear Customers: if during the camera survey the access points to the pipeline(s) in question are not available/accessible and as a result, our colleagues are not being able to perform the camera survey, then 1-hour fee and disembarkation fee will be charged.

The value of the call out fee is indicated in the quote. The call out fee depends on the volume of the survey order: if we only need to check the condition of the sewers in a one apartment block, we charge a one-time call out fee.

Apartment managers who order a survey of the pipework system of several blocks at the same time will not be charged a call out fee. There is a discounted call out fee on orders of more than one apartment block.
